Ogun State Governor,Dapo Abiodun has stressed the need for Nigerians to remain strong, united and continue to contribute their quota to national development.
The Governor who stated this on sunday in Abeokuta at a Special Church Service at the Cathedral Church of St. Peters, Ake marking the 60th National Day Celebration said nation building is not for government alone, but the responsibility of all.
According to the Governor, a better Nigeria can only be attained if Nigerians through their collective allegiance,hope and readiness harnessed the numerous human and material resources deposited by God.

Governor Abiodun added that as the country celebrates it’s 60th Anniversary,” we must reflect on our past as a united Nation that has stayed strong in the face of her economic and security challenges, especially as we emerge from the COVID-19 scourge”.
“Despite the strain that this health crisis has brought upon us, we as a state government are working to revive our local economy by putting focus on infrastructure, energy, and commerce.”
