A 19-year-old girl Opesusi Faith Timilehin has ended her own life after ingesting a rodenticide known as ‘Push Out’ following the release of her Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB exam results.
The heartbreaking incident occurred in Odogunyan, Ikorodu, Lagos State, where Faith resided with her sister.
Report indicated that the deceased scored 190 in her second attempt at the exam—an outcome she believed was lower than her 2024 result, leaving her devastated.
Faith was thereafter rushed to a hospital with in the vicinity where she lived but sadly was confirmed dead on arrival.
Tragically, just hours after her passing, a university admission message reportedly arrived in her email.
