The ninth case of the deadly CoronaVirus infection have been recorded in Ondo State.
This was pronounced by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
Most of the cases were imported to the state which forced the State Government to close its borders.
In spite of this, security operatives stationed at it’s borders have continued to compromise and allowing people to enter freely into the state.
Recall that the index case of the disease was a Military Officer who recently retuned from India.
The fourth and fifth cases were policemen who returned to the state after testing positive to the virus.
