The NCDC has confirmed 184 new cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday 13 bringing the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria 4,971.
The center reported this via its verified Twitter handle @NCDCgov. The new cases were from 22 states across the nation with Lagos state taking the lead with 51cases, 23-Jigawa, 16-Bauchi, 16-Katsina, 14-Kano, 10-FCT, 10-Rivers, 9-Kwara, 5-Delta, 5-Kaduna, 4-Sokoto, 4-Oyo, 3-Kebbi, 3-Nasarawa, 3-Osun, 2-Ondo and 1 each in Ebonyi, Edo, Enugu, Anambra, Plateau and Niger.
The center further noted that 6 new deaths were recorded which makes 164 COVID-19 deaths in the country, while 1070 have been discharged.
