Afrobeats singer David Adeleke popularly called “Davido” has revealed that he’s currently working on his sixth studio album.
The singer made the announcement during an intimate post-concert gathering in Atlanta, where he hosted family members, close friends, and key figures from his 30BG camp for his birthday.
Addressing guests at the celebration, Davido expressed appreciation to God and to his team for their support throughout his career.
“We thank God, and we are going to keep going. We are just starting; more to come in 2026. Thank you for tonight, everyone. Get home safe. Most importantly, keep me in your prayers. I am working on a new album; it is in the works. It is going to be a big year for us all,” he said.
In April, he released 5ive, his fifth studio album, which has seen his With You collaboration with Omah Lay earn a nomination in the Best African Music category for the 68th Grammy Awards.
