A group of young Nigerian feminists known as Feminist Coalition has condemned every form of violence that have occured across the country,they encourage all young Nigerians to stay safe, stay home, and obey mandated curfew in their states.
The Group however announced that it’s shutting down its funding operations in support of the #EndSARS protests following President Mohammadu Buhari’s address on Thursday in reaction to protests.
In a statement posted on Twitter the group said that it condemned “every form” of violence said “We are young Nigerians with dreams, hope and aspirations for our country. “We need to stay alive to pursue our dreams to build the future.We are merchants of hope. “

Condoling with every Nigerian that has lost loved ones in their quest for a better country, they emphasised the need to stay alive adding that their priority is the welfare and safety of the Nigerian youth. “No Nigerian life is worth losing to senseless violence “, it said.
The group also announced that they would no longer be accepting donations towards the #EndSARS movement, instead, it would be returning to its original objective, “championing the advancement of the Nigerian woman”.
According to them,the remaining funds in excess of 87 million naira will be geared towards #endsars response( medical emergencies), legal aid, relief for victims of police brutality and families of the deceased,memorial for the fallen and #EndSARS mental support.
