Governor Kayode Fayemi has approved the dissolution of the Governing Council of the Bamidele Olumilua University of Education, Science and Technology, Ikere- Ekiti (BOUEST).

This is contained in a statement issued by Mr. Yinka Oyebode, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, on Friday in Ado-Ekiti.

According to the statement, the dissolution is in line with the state’s extant transition policy and will hold with immediate effect.

Fayemi thanked the chairman and members of the council for their contributions to the development of the institution.

He also wished them the very best in their future endeavors.
