Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has charged the Nigeria Immigration Service to deploy adequate personnel to check the porous borders in the State.

The Governor stated this when he played host to the Comptroller General of the Nigeria Immigration at the Government House, Yola.

The Governor urged them to stem the tide of security in the porous borders to prevent foreigners from intruding into the state.

The Comptroller General of the Nigeria Immigration Service Mohammed Babandede commended Governor Umaru Fintiri for developing Adamawa through infrastructure projects among others.
