In his address, Governor Bago emphasized that the appointees were chosen for their proven track records and urged them to drive the “New Niger agenda” toward a sustainable, prosperous, and egalitarian state.

He noted the need for them to reflect on the past with a view to building a sustainable, prosperous, and egalitarian Niger State.

Secretary to the State Government, Abubakar Usman, in his remarks called on the newly sworn-in public office holders to be committed in the discharge of their duties, pointing out that their commitment will go a long way in making the New Niger agenda a success.

The board members, which include the Niger State Universal Basic Education Board, the Secondary Education Board, and the Law Reform Commission were sworn-in.

Some of the newly sworn-in public office holders expressed gratitude for the opportunity to serve and promised to work assiduously for the realisation of the New Niger agenda.

The officials pledged to work diligently to realize the governor’s agenda for the growth and development of the state.
