Akwa Ibom State Governor, Udom Emmanuel has appointed Mrs Ekemini David Umoh as Honorary Special Adviser on Basic Education.
A statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Dr. Emmanuel Ekuwem on Tuesday said the appointment takes effect from March 1, 2021.
Mrs Umoh who hails from Abak Local Government Area, had served in the State Executive Council as a Special Adviser, Bureau of Rural Development and Cooperatives.
Prior to her appointment as Special Adviser on Rural Development and Cooperatives, Mrs Ekemini Umoh was a School proprietor and chapter woman leader of the People’s Democratic Party, Abak.
