A spokesman of Sunday Adeyemo a.k.a Sunday Igboho has claimed that some gunmen raided the Ibadan home of the Yoruba Nation agitator early today.
The spokesman, Olayomi Koiki who said the incident occurred around 1:00am said the attackers wore military uniforms.
Ighoho, who is planning a rally in Lagos on 3 July, was not at home.
According to Koiko, Igboho’s vehicles, including his G-wagon, Prado Jeep, furniture and windows were damaged.
In the photos posted, one car bore bullet holes.
Some people were allegedly killed by the assailants and the bodies of those shot taken away while one woman was reportedly abducted in the process.
The Oyo State police command is yet to respond to the incident.
Koiki made a similar claim on April 26th, which turned out to be false.
