Controversial crossdresser, Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, has revealed he is struggling with suicidal thoughts amid the N15 million bribery scandal involving officials of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Recall that the EFCC Chairman Mr. Ola Olukoyede initiated an investigation on Tuesday into bribery allegations made by Bobrisky against some Commission’s officers.
Also the federal government initiated an investigation into the NCoS.
In a viral audio recording shared online by Martins Vincent Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan, Bobrisky alleged that some EFCC officers extorted N15 million from him in exchange for dropping money laundering charges against him.
Reacting to the development on Instagram on Thursday, Bobrisky, who had earlier dismissed the audio recording as fake, admitted he is going through a difficult period due to the bribery scandal.
He stated that, for the first time in his life, he is struggling with suicidal thoughts.
However, he made it clear he does not want sympathy from anyone, noting that the only people from whom he would have sought sympathy are his late parents.
In a now-deleted post, he wrote, “I have never in my life thought about suicide in my life but now is coming to my head seeing what human beings are doing to their fellow human just in d name you want to bring them down by force or because you don’t like them.
“ I don’t need no sympathy from anyone. People I might have needed sympathy from are my late parents.
But who will fight for you? Friends?
HATERS YOU WON.”
Meanwhile the federal government on Thursday suspended prison officers as investigation into the allegations of bribery continues.
