The owner of a popular nightclub in Bayelsa state, Tari Ajanami who was kidnapped regained his freedom.
However in a twist of event his wife and father-in-law have been taken by his abductors.
According to the report, the incident happened at the exchange point in Ahaoda Local Government Area of Rivers State.
The ransom exchange which was kept away from the security agencies took place at about 11.45 pm Thursday.
It turned awry when the kidnappers insisted on the completion of the demanded N200m ransom and held unto the ransom couriers which were the victim’s wife and father-in-law.
Vanguard reported that a family source confirmed the incident.
