Dr Odebowale alleged that some unscrupulous elements who were remitting four hundred thousand naira against fifty million naira generated monthly from tickets in the past still wanted to have their way at all cost.

The SSA described commercial motorcyclists as responsible citizens that should not be dehumanised by anybody under any guise.

Dr Odebowale who encouraged the cyclists to remain vigilant especially on the security of their environment however cautioned them against being used as political thugs.

Commending the State Government for rescuing them from those he described as fraudsters, the Akure South Local Government Area co-ordinator, Comrade Oyelere Caf-Bidemi promised that the cyclists would remain patriotic for the development of the state.
