Popular Nollywood actress, Nkechi Newje has reportedly passed away.
The actress died on Friday morning, after a brief illness.
Her cause of death has not been disclosed but colleagues have gone online to express shock over her death.
Nkechi starred in movies alongside other greats like the late Junior Pope Odonwodo.
Veteran Nollywood actress, Rita Edochie, via her Instagram on Friday shared a candle light with a dark background. She captioned the photo: “This world is really not our home.”
