The Olowo of Owo Kingdom; His Imperial Majesty, Oba Ajibade Gbadegesin Ogunoye – III, has welcomed the new boss of the Federal Road Safety Corps, RS 11.2, Ondo State Command; Corps Commander Ahmed T. Hassan; to Ondo State on his assignment as the new Sector Commander.
While receiving the new FRSC helmsman in the state, in his palace during a courtesy call, the monarch used the occasion to congratulate the outgoing Ondo State FRSC Sector Commander, Rotimi Adeleye, as he assumes an higher position in the Corps’ Headquarters in Abuja, following his recent promotion from the rank of Corps Commander (CC) to the rank of Assistant Corp Marshal (ACM).
The monarch who advised CC Hassan to toe the path of his predecessor in office by being diligent, stated that Adeleye’s promotion did not come to him as a surprise as he had always handled his official duties with a high degree of professionalism.
Bidding ACM Adeleye farewell, and welcoming CC Hassan to Ondo State, Oba Ogunoye prayed for the success of the duo; and wished both Officers successes in their new assignments.
Present also with ACM Adeleye and CC Hassan on the visit was the RS 11.22 Owo Unit Commander, ACC A.A. Adelana and other Officers from the Sector Command in Akure as well as Owo Unit Command.
