Ondo State Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has inaugurated a 957-member ,All Progressives Congress (APC) local Campaign Committees ahead of the October 10 Governorship election in the state.
While inaugurating the committee on Wednesday at the International Culture and Event Center,Akure, Akeredolu charged members of the Committees to hammer on his administration’s achievements to canvass for votes from the people of the state to secure his re-election as Governor of the State.
He urged the members of the Committee to move to the hinterlands to explain the significance of the various interventions projects initiated and executed by his government, to people at the grassroots with a pledge to bringing governance closer to the grassroots.
The Governor assured that his government would embark on physical projects to provide facilities which would contribute to improving the economic status of individuals at the grassroots.
