Officers of the Oyo state Police command on Wednesday invaded the forest hideout of Kidnappers at Onipe Community, along Ibadan-Ijebu Ode Road, in search of the kidnap victims abducted by gunmen on Monday.
The Assistant Commissioner of Police, Operations, Gbenga Ojo led the search and rescue operation that involved: operatives from Idi Ayunre Division, Anti-Kidnapping Squad (AKS), Monitoring Unit, Police Mobile Force (PMF), Skynet, Swift Response Squad (SRS), and local vigilantes.
