Kogi State Governor ,Yahaya Bello says the state has no leftover COVID19 Palliatives to be looted as it has distributed everything promptly.
According to a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Onogwu Muhammed,the Governor represented by his deputy flagged off the distribution of palliatives on the 10th of August .

He noted that it was distributed across the 21 local governments between 15th – 25th August.
The second phase,he said was also distributed between 27th September-12th October across the 21local government to market women,orhanage homes,religious organisation and the vulnerable in the state.
“Palliatives belong to the people, not to Government or any official. We distributed our own promptly, with no leftovers.”
