The post said the vehicle belongs to a staff of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, NNPCL.

According to the post, “timely info from a concerned citizen was received at the nearest @EdoPoliceNG stop and search point.

“The operatives went after them, which forced the suspects to abandon the Vehicle and took to their heels.

“However, one Promise Erosele Tobore, 24yrs, was arrested while his gang member identified as Best Chinwendu, aka ‘Best’ escaped.

“The case is being investigated with a view to arresting the fleeing suspect”.
