Kidnappers of the 26 youths from Takum Local Government Area of Taraba State have demanded a ransom of 52 million naira for their release.
The Takum youths were abducted while returning from a wedding ceremony in Wukari between Chechenji and Kofai Ahmadu villages on Wednesday.

Information gathered was that the kidnappers have established contacts with the affected families and are demanding N2m ransom per head.
