Poised to adopt a clear roadmap for its continued sustainability and relevance in the transport industry, the temple group limited has held its annual management retreat at the Rabby Recreation Park,Abuja.
The two day event which was held on Friday, January 24th to Saturday January 25th had key management staff of the company inclusive of the MD/CEO, Heads of Department and State Coordinators in attendance.
The focus for this year’s retreat is Optimising Compliance System and Impactful Vehicle Inspection Regime. Setting the tone of the retreat with his presentation titled”Optimizing compliance systems of cvis in Nigeria: Approaches and Strategies” .The Managing Director,Temple resources Mr Segun Obayendo x-rayed the various strategies put in place and challenges in the pursuit of ensuring compliance across board.
Thereafter, several other speakers within the management made their presentations which was received enthusiastically by the listeners.
One major highpoint in the presentation was the state coordinators’ presentations. Here, emphasis was placed on the state of affairs in the state and projections to make each state productive in ensuring the people embrace the safety campaigns.
The retreat was however rounded up with a dinner night which serves as the 5th year anniversary and employee award night.It was a night filled with tributes to those who supported the vision of CVIS and also recognition of staff who have gone above and beyond to make the company functional, reliable and progressive.
