Jamaica Eight-time Olympic gold medalist, Usain Bolt has tested positive to the coronavirus.
The retired world sprinter disclosed this via his social media pages that he has tested positive.
The Jamaica Ministry of Health has also confirmed his status on Monday, August 24, 2020.
Their confirmation came up after the retired sprinter revealed he has self isolate at home and not showing any symptoms.

According to the medical practitioners, they believe he may have contracted the virus during his 34th birthday which was held at his private residence.
Preventive measures were not observed during the birthday party and popular people were there including Raheem Starling, Leon Bailey Chris Gayle, and others.
